Access
There is a ramp to access the ground floor, where there is a small exhibition.
Access to the upper floors and the top of the tower is via a winding stone staircase.
Visitors who are unable to climb the steps can enjoy the exhibition material online [here] and a virtual panorama from the top of the tower here: viewopolis.com/views/staugustinestowerhackney/
History

Volunteer with us
We are grateful to English Heritage and the National Lottery Heritage Fund for funding repairs to the building and the exhibition. We are grateful to all those who give donations, large or small, which enable us to maintain the Tower and open it to the public.
Our supporters
We are a Registered Charity and receive no regular funding to look after the Tower. We need your help to continue to open to the public every month, free-of-charge, and run events for the community, such as Santa’s Grotto.
